Dispute resolution
Brand My Launch sells advertising placements to businesses. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8–10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement, and we will remove such content immediately.
Liability for links and sponsor content
Sponsor marks link to third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Every sponsor is reviewed by hand before a placement ships, and no illegal content was apparent at that time. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement; upon becoming aware of violations we will remove the link or placement immediately.
